Orders of $50.00 or more (subtotal) qualify for free shipping to the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia.
For Alaska and Hawaii, a shipping fee of $6.95 applies, as free shipping is not available for these locations.
A flat rate of $6.95 will be applied to orders under $50.00.
Delivery typically takes 2-8 business days from the order date.
Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the next business day.
We select the best available carrier based on shipping costs and availability.
In case an item is out of stock, customers will be refunded for that item.
Shipping is unavailable to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, or Private Mail Boxes (PMB).
We do not offer international shipping or ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.).
We accept the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
Please note that we do not accept cash payments.
Orders exceeding $500.00 cannot be processed through our site.
Our return policy only applies to purchases made on Catalo.com. If your order was placed with a different retailer, please consult their specific return policy.
1. General Returns:
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or return at no additional cost (exceptions may apply in certain circumstances).
