Return Policy

This return policy applies only to purchases made directly on global.catalo.com. If you purchased a CATALO product through another retailer, please refer to that retailer’s return policy.

 

1. General Returns

• You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a CATALO error.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
• Returns received after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted.

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or return at no cost to you (exceptions may apply).
