5. Order Fulfillment and Title Transfer

Orders are processed subject to availability. Title to all products passes to you once the order is shipped from our facility to the selected carrier.

For international orders, you are considered the importer of record and assume responsibility for compliance with your country’s import laws, taxes, duties, and restrictions.

 

6. Import Duties, Regulations, and Compliance

CATALO does not guarantee that its products or packaging comply with the laws or regulations of all destinations outside the United States. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all local laws, customs duties, licenses, and permits related to the import of our products.

If a shipment is rejected by your local customs authority or returned to us, you agree to pay a 15% restocking fee based on the purchase price. We are not liable for any costs or delays resulting from customs issues.

 

7. Shipping Forwarders

We may recommend third-party shipping forwarders. If you choose to use a forwarder we recommend, you agree that:

Your shipment and delivery experience will be governed by that forwarder’s terms and conditions,

We will coordinate with the forwarder on your behalf, and

We are not responsible for delivery delays, damage, loss, or failure to deliver caused by the forwarder.

You are welcome to use your own preferred shipping method or forwarder by contacting our Customer Service. Additional fees or longer delivery times may apply.
