At CATALO, we want your shopping experience to be simple, clear, and flexible. This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations work for one-time purchases, subscription orders, and other recurring purchase options offered on our website.
One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases are processed after your order is placed. If you need to cancel or change a one-time order, please contact us as soon as possible at webmaster@catalo.us.
We will do our best to help, but once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it. If your order has already shipped, it will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Subscription and Recurring Purchase Options
If you choose a subscription or recurring purchase option, your selected product will automatically renew and be billed based on the frequency shown at checkout. By placing a subscription order, you agree to the recurring charge, order frequency, and terms shown before purchase.
You may cancel, pause, or update your subscription at any time before your next order is processed. There are no cancellation fees.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

To avoid being charged for your next subscription order, please cancel or make changes before your next scheduled order is processed.

Changes must be made before the next order is processed. If a subscription order has already been processed, we may not be able to apply changes to that order.
Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again or contact you to update your payment information. If payment cannot be completed, your subscription order may be delayed, skipped, or canceled.
Promotions and Discounts
Subscription discounts, promotional pricing, or special offers apply only while the subscription is active and according to the terms shown at checkout. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and may not apply to past orders, canceled orders, or orders that have already been processed.
CATALO-Initiated Cancellations
CATALO reserves the right to cancel an order or subscription when necessary, including but not limited to cases involving product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, system errors, or violation of our website terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund for the canceled order amount.
