1. Free Shipping
- Orders with a subtotal of $50.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia.
- Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged a flat shipping fee of $6.95. Free shipping does not apply to these locations.
2. Standard Shipping
- A flat shipping rate of $6.95 applies to orders under $50.00.
- Orders typically arrive within 2–8 business days from the order date.
- Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the following business day.
- We use a variety of trusted carriers and select the best available option based on cost and delivery time.
- If any item is out of stock, you will be refunded for that item automatically.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, or Private Mail Boxes (PMB).
- We currently do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands).

Return Policy
This return policy applies only to purchases made directly on global.catalo.com. If you purchased a CATALO product through another retailer, please refer to that retailer’s return policy.
1. General Returns
- You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a CATALO error.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Returns received after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or return at no cost to you (exceptions may apply).
