Shipping policy

At CATALO, every order should feel as considered as the products inside it. Here's how shipping, payment, and returns work for purchases made on global.catalo.com.

Free Shipping

• Orders totaling $50.00 or more ship free to the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia.
• Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii carry a flat $6.95 shipping fee — free shipping isn't available for these two states.

Standard Shipping

• Orders under $50.00 ship for a flat rate of $6.95.
• Delivery generally takes 2–5 business days from the date your order is sent out.
• Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time begin processing the next business day.
• We route each order to the carrier best suited for cost and speed, so the carrier can vary order to order.
• You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
• If any item in your order is out of stock, we refund that item automatically rather than delay the rest of your shipment.
• We're unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or Private Mail Boxes (PMB).
• We currently ship within the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, and Hawaii only — we don't yet offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.).
• Orders over $500.00 can't be processed through the Site.

Subscriptions

If you're on a Subscribe & Save plan, your order ships automatically on the frequency you chose at checkout. You can change your delivery address, frequency, or next order date, or cancel altogether, from your account before your next order is processed — see our Cancellations page for details.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We're not able to accept cash, checks, or money orders.

Returns & Damaged Items

Our return policy applies to orders placed directly on global.catalo.com — if you bought a CATALO product through another retailer, that retailer's return policy applies instead.

• Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method; return shipping is on us only when the return is our error.
• If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or return at no cost to you.
